For every order we offer free standard shipping which takes approximately 7-14 business days. Please note that sometimes our shipping partners may experience delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Yes, we offer international shipping. The shipping time for international orders is also approximately 7-14 business days. Please be aware that packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees, which are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. To start a return, please contact us at chirotcm@hotmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send back any items without first requesting a return.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Yes, we do accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Periodic lubrication of the drop mechanisms will insure smooth, crisp drops.  We recommend that you use 3-IN-ONE oil after about 500 adjustments or once/month, whichever comes first.  If the drops have not been lubricated on a regular basis, it is recommend to first clean the plungers using WD-40. 

To disinfect the vinyl upholstery on your Chiropractic drop board /table, important for destroying the Covid-19 virus, here are some options:

1. Bleach:  Dilute 4 tsp bleach in 1 quart of water in spray bottle.  Spray on vinyl and leave for several minutes before rinsing with water.
2. Hydrogen Peroxide (3%):  Available in spray bottle.  Use undiluted and leave on for 5-6 minutes before rinsing with water.
3. Alcohol (70% min):  Use undiluted.  Leave on for several minutes before rinsing with water.

After any of these steps, a thorough, clear water rinse will minimize any premature deterioration of the vinyl from extended exposure to chemicals.

Although not a disinfecting agent, normal day to day soil on the vinyl upholstery can be removed with dish soap and warm water (diluted 1:10), using a soft cloth.  If more cleaning is necessary, use a soft bristle brush with the same 10% solution.  Follow any cleaning with a thorough clean water rinse.  Rinsing is important to clear all chemicals from the vinyl, which could otherwise cause premature deterioration.  Avoid harsh detergents and powdered abrasives.  Areas coming in contact with hair, body oils or perspiration should be washed frequently. Remove stains immediately to prevent the possibility of them becoming permanent.
